The main office, Arthington House, is a light open plan building which is easily accessible for disabled staff and tenants. Each new staff member has a tailored induction which includes a chat with the Chief Executive, a tour of the Association and a meeting to go through the Staff Handbook ensuring you get all the information you need during your probationary period. In 2012 we won an award for embedding e-learning into our culture, this was a result of incorporating e-learning into our Induction programme allowing staff greater flexibility during their first few weeks and increasing value for money.

We became accredited as an Investor in People in 2001 and were delighted to achieve IIP Gold in 2012. We aim to help staff develop and grow within the organisation, encouraging internal promotion and providing training and study as a result of regular appraisals. With annual staff surveys we aim to keep staff motivated and engaged, listening and responding to their views.
