Each Division of NCG offers a benefit package that is appropriate to their unique environment.
We have a clear purpose: Unlocking potential through learning.
As a leading employer we offer competitive salaries in line with those in the relevant sectors.
All Divisions offer at least the statutory minimum level of holiday entitlement, with many offering a contractual entitlement in excess of the statutory minimum.
NCG operates a childcare voucher scheme that is open to employees across all of our Divisions.
Opportunities for Progression
As part of working for a large group, you will be able to access a range of career opportunities in a range of diverse sectors. All our vacancies are advertised and we encourage internal progression.
We have excellent facilities with offices in over 100 locations across the UK. Many of our buildings are state of the art and make NCG a great place to work. Most of our offices are extremely accessible, with many occupying city centre locations. In some of the bigger sites we have our own refreshment outlets onsite for staff.
Many of the locations offer a limited number of free parking spaces for use by our staff.
Learning and Development
We have a number of initiatives in place to support personal and career progression.
NCG is fully committed to supporting and investing in staff. For staff involved in direct delivery, a range of Initial Teacher Education (ITE) qualifications are available. These programmes will be accessible to unqualified/partially qualified staff if the qualification is required for their role and supported by a senior manager, subject to the application process and appropriate training agreement terms. Opportunities to enrol on recognised progression qualifications e.g. CELTA, DELTA M.Ed. are regularly offered at a discount rate for staff.
Work Life Balance
We have a suite of policies and practices that support our staff to achieve a work-life balance.
