Within NCG, Group Services provide the overview and specialist expertise across the Divisions in areas such as Finance, IT, MIS, Estates, Quality, Business Development, Health and Safety, e-learning, financial modelling for bids and mergers and acquisitions, Safeguarding and Child Protection.
Back office transactional support services are provided centrally to all divisions through Group Shared Services, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and HR Administration. NCG Group services provide back office support to our operating sites across the UK.

Kidderminster College is a successful general further education college with more than 4,500 students enrolled every year.
The College has consistently achieved success rates which are above the national average and its current success figure of 89% places it in the top 25% of Colleges nationally.
Kidderminster College has a modern town centre campus and has recently invested more than £2.5million in continuing to improve facilities. These improvements created three floors of new classrooms, a new glazed roof, a dramatic triple height reception area and a new terrace café. Ofsted inspectors said the main campus has "developed well to enhance the learners' experience."

Newcastle College has a turnover of around £70 million and offers diverse academic and vocational courses ranging from entry level to post-graduate qualifications. Newcastle College is the largest HE provider in FE and one of the UK's largest FE providers.
Current developments include a range of new projects to enhance facilities in Newcastle. Our ambition is for Newcastle College to be the best college in the UK delivering innovative and highly engaging programmes to learners of all ages in the best possible learning environments.

Newcastle Sixth Form College is a purpose built sixth form college which offers an academic and pastoral experience to young people. It delivers AS and A Levels to young people whose aim is to go to university or Level 3 employment. This is the first dedicated sixth form college in the city and aims to be leading deliverer of A Levels in the region.

Rathbone - www.rathboneuk.org
Rathbone is a UK-wide organisation and registered charity which merged with NCG in January 2012, both organisations have been working together to create life changing opportunities for 14-24 year olds. Rathbone plays a vital role in creating prospects for thousands of young people at risk of long term social and economic exclusion by engaging or re-engaging them in learning. It has a turnover of around £34m.
We have a long track record of successfully supporting young people. Last year we supported over 10,900 young people across the UK and we have more than 45 centres in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Our work is inspired by the vision of our founder, Elfrida Rathbone, who believed that everyone could make progress through learning. We believe that every young person has the potential to achieve a positive future and that given the right opportunities and support, all young people can learn, progress, and succeed in their chosen career.
Our ambition is to be an outstanding provider of education and development; and an advocate for young people. Our young people are at the heart of the decisions that we make and directly inform the way that we work.

Since merging with Newcastle College in 2007, the college has gone from strength to strength. The new £43m stunning town centre campus opened in September 2011 and is a catalyst for growth.
