Our Interviewing Process

Here at the PPF, we pride ourselves on having a transparent and collaborative interview process. We are keen to not only understand your current skills and experiences and how they relate to the vacancy you have applied for but to take time to answer your questions and queries.

Typically our interviews are a mixture of technical and competency/values questions that help us build a picture of how you could make a contribution to the success of the PPF. For some roles we may include additional elements such as online testing, role plays or presentations but we will always ensure that you receive full guidance and support. If you are invited to attend an interview, we will send you a confirmation email with supporting documents that will assist and guide you in your preparation. CV Verification and Background Checking

Due to the highly sensitive nature of our work, referencing is a key element of our recruitment process and therefore, we partner with a referencing expert – CV insights.

CV insights have a simple to use and secure portal that allows candidates to upload documents in a variety of formats. Their skilled and diligent customer service advisors will work with both you the candidate and us, the future employer to ensure that your referencing process is as smooth and as quick as possible.

As part of our referencing process we will look at a number of elements including right to work in the UK, previous work history, academic and if appropriate, professional qualifications. We also ask all candidates to participate in financial credit checks and a criminal record check. Associate Lawyer

MI Analyst

Salary: £37,925 - £39,463

Our MI team work with T-SQL and Advanced coding procedures to collate detailed reports which are highly visible to the business including the Executive committee. Pensions Member Services Manager

Salary: £59,200 to £61,606

Location: Croydon

This is a new role within our organisation and you will be responsible for recruiting, managing and motivating 2 teams of approx. 16 people in total. The teams will include specialist Pension Administrators, Senior Pension Administrators and Team Leaders so experience of managing Managers is important. It is essential you can demonstrate recent operational experience within a 3rd party or in-house pension administration environment.
