Our Interviewing Process
Here at the PPF, we pride ourselves on having a transparent and collaborative interview process. We are keen to not only understand your current skills and experiences and how they relate to the vacancy you have applied for but to take time to answer your questions and queries.
Typically our interviews are a mixture of technical and competency/values questions that help us build a picture of how you could make a contribution to the success of the PPF. For some roles we may include additional elements such as online testing, role plays or presentations but we will always ensure that you receive full guidance and support. If you are invited to attend an interview, we will send you a confirmation email with supporting documents that will assist and guide you in your preparation. Due to the highly sensitive nature of our work, referencing is a key element of our recruitment process and therefore, we partner with a referencing expert – CV insights.
